Sometimes, a home buyer is looking for a price based on a certain style and size of home, and we have many plans to choose from for just this purpose. No need to spend hundreds of dollars for a plan that may never be used to build from**.

* Standard printing and shipping costs apply. A single plan set including shipping and handling will cost around $10.00 to 20.00 depending on the sheet quantity and sheet size.
** If any modification are made to the plan at this time, they will be charged on a per hour bases, and are due upon completion of work. If the plan is used to build the house, any modification costs will be applied and credited from the final cost of the plan.
